It is now set to continue this development with the creation of the new role of General Manager – Practice, Quality & Safety.

Reporting to the CEO, in this role you will collaborate with the Shared Living and Community Services divisions enabling them to deliver person-centred, strengths-based, quality services to their clients. You will consolidate and optimise current supports in place, enhance quality assurance systems and oversee safety for employees as well as clients. With your energy and enthusiasm, you will inspire a small, committed team of professionals. As part of the Executive Management team, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive the overall strategic development of the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Bring substantial experience in the disability sector with a solid understanding of service delivery and compliance requirements, including the NDIS
• Be adept at developing strategy and delivering on strategic objectives
• Have developed sound general management skills such as business planning, operations oversight, risk management and financial acumen
• Be naturally collaborative with the ability to influence your internal stakeholders
• Have strong, inspiring people leadership capabilities
• Think creatively, laterally and conceptually
• Demonstrate a values-driven leadership style and emotional intelligence.
