It is set to continue this development with its robust growth plan and is now seeking a General Manager to lead the Customer, Marketing and Engagement portfolio.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team and the board to engender an understanding of the value this portfolio brings to Unisson’s growth and development over the next two years and beyond. Unisson is deeply committed to the journey of its customers and you will focus on driving a customer-centric ethos across the organisation, balanced with commercial imperatives. You will use industry intelligence on the disability services sector to guide strategic and operational decision-making. You will lead your team to deliver this broad portfolio which includes the customer experience, marketing, branding and communications.

Experience in the human service delivery, community services or disability sectors would be highly regarded.
