We represent allied health and health science professionals, technicians and assistants, clerical and administrative staff, general employees, supervisors and managers.

About the role 

We are looking for a dedicated, talented and innovative individual who is experienced and keenly interested in industrial relations and advocacy. This full-time position covers a broad range of duties including providing senior-level industrial advice, advocacy and representation including bargaining.

Initially for a 12-month fixed term, the position may be made permanent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (in industrial relations or law).

Demonstrated experience of industrial relations or employment law and:

• The ability to confidently and clearly explain legal information and the implications that a matter may have;
• An approachable manner, able to supervise, assist and work with others in a team environment; and
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

The salary package includes:
