About the role:

The HSU is looking for an experienced CRM System Analyst as an exciting addition to our Business Analysts Services team. This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Sydney CBD Head Office.

The CRM System Analyst is responsible for administration and development of the CRM system and effective management/utilisation of member data. The role requires skills and experience in data management, system design and the generation of data insights to support operational and strategic objectives. It focuses on continuous improvement of the CRM system and its related processes, and it supports operations in all areas of the Union.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role designing, configuring, and supporting CRM systems, preferably in a membership-based organisation
  • Experience in implementing data quality and enhancement practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proven ability to understand requirements and recommend solutions using knowledge of system design
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp new information, answer queries quickly & seek relevant information or clarification where required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, process improvement, change management or system improvement practices
  • Self-starter with good initiative and proactive approach to improving system functionality
  • Experience in data analytics or generating insights using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SQL, programming, document management, SDLC, database management and/or HTML/CSS highly regarded
