We currently have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional with an extensive track record in major gifts and philanthropy (six and/or seven figure gifts) to join us at a critical and exciting stage of our growth.
As Director of Philanthropy & Fundraising, you’ll work with the Chief Executive and Board to lead a revitalised and aspirational development plan for HRI into the future.
You will court and convert donors capable of contributing six-figure gifts to support our people, science and capital plans, while leading and developing a maturing team of fundraising and philanthropy professionals, which includes an extensive (international) individual giving program.
Your leadership will focus on building a culture of philanthropy, identifying research and clinical champions to help provide the development and cultivation of top-level prospects behind a focused vision.
