The Partnership Officer that sits in the Specialist Housing Group (SHG) arm of the HCA, is primarily responsible for cultivating, facilitating and maintaining positive relationships with SIL providers, Specialist disability accommodation developers (SDA), NDIA, residents, Local Areas Coordinators and e.t.c to achieve the common goal of improved quality of life, safety, accommodation and independence for participants who live in specialist disability accommodation managed by HCA.
In additions to managing key relationships, the role will also contribute to business development opportunities within SDA services, quality assurance of SHG service outcomes and contributing to the delivery of positive participant experience.
This will be an ideal opportunity for a person who is experienced and passionate about working with people with disabilities, and who is equally skilled in communication, negotiation and developing effective relationships with key stakeholders to bring quality outcomes for participants.
