Hope Street Youth and Family Services Ltd ("Hope Street") has over 40 years of experience delivering specialist services to young people and their families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
We have a vision to live in a society where all young people and young families have a safe place to call home. If you would like to play a part in ending youth homelessness, join our team of passionate people making a difference in the lives of young people and young families.
You will join the team within the Youth Residential program providing crisis accommodation and 24/7 support to young people and young families who reside the refuge in Brunswick West.
You will contribute to the safe place where young people and their children are supported to move from a situation of crisis, uncertainty and risk to a situation of calm and empowerment to make decisions about their own lives.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
You will be available to work a set roster of 42.5 hours per fortnight including Wednesday (4.00 pm to 11.30 pm S/O), Thursday (7.30 am to 9.00 am), as well as one Friday day shift and weekend work.
