About You

  • Are you a seasoned Operations Manager looking to drive meaningful change?
  • Or perhaps you are a Program Manager/ Team Leader with a social work background looking for career progression?

About the Role

As our Operations Manager you will lead our frontline teams who operate youth programs and crisis accommodation. As an integral part of our executive team, you will report into the CEO and provide leadership to two Program Managers.

Some of your activities will include:

  • Working with the CEO to achieve the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Leading Hope Street’s program operations and providing coaching and mentoring to two direct reports (one who is newly recruited)
  • Ensuring each program is resourced and delivered according to the program model and organisational requirements
  • Planning, monitoring and reviewing all aspects of service delivery to achieve exceptional client outcomes
  • Leading continuous improvement and imbedding a culture of quality improvement
  • Creating new and innovative models in response to the needs of young people experiencing homelessness
  • Traveling to different sites to provide oversight and support to teams
