Homeward Bound is a ground-breaking, global leadership initiative, set against the backdrop of Antarctica, which aims to heighten the influence and impact of women in making decisions that shape our planet.
It does this through the delivery of a 12-month online leadership program for women from around the world with a background in STEMM, culminating in a three-week intensive in Antarctica.
Now in its fifth year of operation, Homeward Bound has over 400 women in its network from over 57 countries.

You are a communications strategy development specialist, with experience working in a global context. You are passionate about women’s leadership, STEMM, and the future of our planet, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious and purpose-driven organisation. You have exceptional content development, journalistic and content marketing, writing and editing skills, particularly in digital and social media. You have runs on the board managing diverse, complex, global stakeholders and audiences, and are at ease driving engaging, multimedia campaigns.
The role is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2021, 3 days a week, with a high probability of extension. It can be delivered remotely from anywhere in Melbourne, or be based in at Homeward Bound HQ in Eltham, Victoria.
