The Role

As a Sales Development Officer, you will be apart of a young, collaborative and vibrant sales team that lead conversations with participants of the NDIS, their families and support circles around building their plan to take control of their health!

Responsibilities

  • Hit individual and team targets
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Listen to requirements, understanding the impact of their disability on their health.
  • Collect key individual information design service delivery
  • Maintain ongoing positive relationships
  • Nurture the potential customer to ensure conversion before handing over to Account Manager

About You

Essential skills

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales or service position; or equivalent personal experience
  • Driven to hit and exceed multiple targets and revenue goals.
  • Exceptional people and influencing skills
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • A positive approach to the challenges of a high-growth business
  • Commitment to Kinela’s values; Courage, Empathy, Integrity, Ambition and Generosity

Desirable skills (but not essential)

  • Knowledge of the NDIS or Aged-Care Sector
