THE ROLE

The Customer Success Assistant supports the Customer Success team to deliver excellent customer experience through inbound and outbound call campaigns, inbox triage, failed payment follow up, data entry and other small project work as required by the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide data entry for customer orders and information to ensure accurate and timely service delivery

  • Maintaining customer accounts and updating key data as required in the Kinela CRM (Salesforce)

  • Following up failed payments and attending to payment enquiries

  • Inbound and outbound calls to support overflow, and outbound campaigns

  • Manage and triage shared inboxes

  • Continuously strive for improvement

  • Challenge the status quo, and speak up to your manager or within appropriate team settings when you see opportunities to improve the way the business works or our customers experience our services

About You

Essential skills & attributes

  • Experience in data entry

  • Great communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive approach to the challenges of a high-growth business

Desirable skills & attributes

  • Experience in accounts receivable

  • Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and/or

  • Aged-Care Sector

  • Qualifications and Certifications

  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
