As a Web Developer at Hireup, you will be working across both our publicly facing properties and internal systems. Working closely with the marketing team, your challenge will be to experiment and come up with ways to optimise the funnel for potential customers of Hireup.

The work

• Work cross functionally with the marketing team to help achieve their vision for the ideal customer journey from consideration, to website investigation, to registration and experience with Hireup
• Enable experimentation and the ability to rapidly test new ideas to drive positive outcomes for the community
• Ensure anything created meets high accessibility standards
• Work cross functionally across other business areas to improve their non-public facing internal tools

The person

• Strong experience in React or Vue plus an understanding of web accessibility
• Experience in A/B testing and running web experiments
• Signup funnel conversion optimisation experience is desirable
• HTML build experience for email campaigns a plus
• UX/UI/Design experience a plus
• Strong connection to, or interest in building an understanding of the Australian disability sector and community
• Approach work with high-energy, drive and internal motivation
• Exhibit adaptability, resilience, transparency, trustworthiness, passion and innate curiosity
