Strategic Projects Analyst - Flexible Location

Hireup

Hireup is an online platform and community for people with disability and their families to find, hire and manage support workers that fit their needs and share their interests. Whether it’s support with getting to work or catching a local footy game, Hireup gives people the tools to live life on their own terms.

With thousands of registered users and support workers in big cities and remote communities all across Australia, Hireup is a national network of local supports, committed to delivering an individualised approach to support and community-driven future for the disability sector.

As a purpose-led organisation with over 230 HQ staff (and growing), we are dedicated to powering the evolution of the disability sector. We do this by keeping the community at the heart of our decision making and encouraging a culture defined by kindness, innovation, equality and storytelling.

We’re also proud to offer flexibility not only in terms of when people work, but also where they work. Whether you're in Sydney or across the country, we want our people to have the ability to choose where they deliver their best work - whether office-based, hybrid or fully remote, just let us know what works for you!

The Workforce team supports the definition and execution of Hireup’s long term vision and growth ambitions in relation to our support workers. Comprising three subteams, the workforce team, through innovation, commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration, is pivotal to the continued success of Hireup’s mission.

The Strategic Projects Analyst will sit within our Workforce team (part of our People and Culture function). The Projects Analyst will report into our Strategic Projects Lead and work on a range of projects that will better support Hireup’s support workers across the country. The breadth of projects is exciting, it may include reimagining the support worker journey, launching new services or experimenting with new support worker acquisition approaches. The Projects team will work closely with leaders in commercial, product and service teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
