Hireup is an online platform and community for people with disability and their families to find, hire and manage support workers that fit their needs and share their interests. The strategic, creative, self-starters in our People & Culture team are tasked with attracting, engaging and nurturing the socially-driven high performers at Hireup HQ. Insights-led and data-driven, they collaborate with team leads across the organisation to ensure they have the best talent, processes and resources to keep pace with Hireup’s rapidly growing community of users. They are people-obsessed and passionate about stewarding a positive, innovative and collaborative culture, always keeping one step, roll or zoom ahead of Hireup’s hyper-growth.
