Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, your role as Talent Acquisition Manager is pivotal in developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy at Help Enterprises (HELP). This includes but is not limited to strategic sourcing, delivering end to end recruitment services, developing our talent pipelines, and creating best practice recruitment services to support internal stakeholders to achieve their strategic goals. More specifically you will:

  • Create and implement talent acquisition framework and systems ensuring exceptional service and support is delivered, with a primary focus on operational excellence, proactive, and cost-effective recruitment solutions
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in strategic discussions to support with delivery of future fit talent and capability requirements
  • Build strong talent planning foundations in collaboration with the business workforce planning team and HR Advisors 
  • Analyse data and trends to ensure effective decision making, and build key metrics to measure the success of the recruitment process
  • Investigate and implement methods for talent pooling, our employee referral program, scholarships, internships, and graduate programs
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Communications team, to develop and execute EVP and branding strategy
  • Understand the external talent market and trends, optimising talent acquisition, onboarding systems and processes to continuously improve the candidate experience and employee journey
  • Identify opportunities to build the talent acquisition capability of hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role

What you need to be successful:

This role is instrumental in moving our Talent Acquisition function forward and delivering excellence through the wider HR team. To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5+ years’ experience leading an end-to-end recruitment function 
  • An innovator, you can think outside of the standard process to get better value outcomes
  • Strategic thinking helps you apply the strategy through sound tactical decisions and planning
  • You are exceptionally well organised and can manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • You establish rapport and build relationships with ease, ensuring you can engage with a variety of people from varying backgrounds and diversity of skills and experience
  • You have a strong ethical code, always acting in best practice
