Join our Employment & Training team as a Post Placement Consultant. In this full time role, you will support HELP clients within our Mitchelton & South Brisbane sites, by providing tailored employment related services, to assist them to achieve ongoing employment outcomes. As a Post Placement Consultant, you will monitor placements and outcome claims for the region. You will maintain employer, jobseeker and site relationships through post placement support activities and claims advice. You will have the ability to meet compliance standards and business timelines.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contact employers and/or jobseekers on a regular schedule for the purpose of providing Post Placement Support
  • Track, monitor and increase jobseeker retention and outcomes
  • Ensure that sufficient and compliant documentary evidence is gathered to substantiate delivery of service
  • Actively engage in employer and/or jobseeker contact and record all notes in accordance with contract compliance requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Current or previous Employment Services experience highly desirable, but not essential
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with jobseekers and employers
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong administration and compliance capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability working towards target and KPIs
  • Unrestricted drivers licence
