We are seeking a Manager- Strategic Communications to join our Marketing and Communications team which is expanding to support HELP’s strategic growth and a focus on customer centricity through all core delivery areas. The role will bring to a busy and well regarded team the extra capability and capacity to put audiences and outcomes at the heart of all communications planning and delivery.

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree qualified in journalism, marketing or communications
• 10 years in a senior communications role in a complex environment with demonstrated achievements in strategic communications planning and delivery
• Contemporary knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and trends and demonstrated experience translating this into business requirements
• Demonstrated experience in holding a ‘seat at the table’ for marketing and communications in business teams through consultation, strategic thinking and communications planning, follow through and delivery, measurement and results
• Superior writing, storytelling and content development skills including working with research and behavioural insights to develop and fine tune messaging and communication tools
