About the Role 

We are seeking an industry professional to take on the role of Disability In-Work Support Consultant/Help2Support Advisor. In this full time, permanent role, you will support HELP clients across the Brisbane South East & Logan region by providing tailored employment related services to assist them to achieve their employment goals. The role will monitor placements and outcome claims for the region, as well as maintain employer, jobseeker and site relationships through post placement support activities and claims advice. 

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Post Placement Support for both employers and jobseekers 
  • Track, monitor and increase jobseeker retention and outcomes 
  • Ensure that sufficient and compliant documentary evidence is gathered to substantiate delivery of service 
  • Ensure claims throughout your region are processed at the correct intervals 
  • Actively engage in employer and/or jobseeker contact and record all notes in accordance with contract compliance requirements 
  • Promote Help services to employers, seeking additional &/ or ongoing vacancies from them 

About You 

  • Current or previous Employment Services experience is desirable but not essential, we can also train someone seeking to join the industry 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with jobseekers and employers 
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution 
  • Strong administration and compliance capabilities with a high attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
