Help Employment & Training is a division of HELP, assisting participants to obtain employment related skills and secure sustainable employment. It comprises Jobactive, Disability Employment Services as well as Mental Health Integrated Employment Programs.
As a Coach, you will manage a caseload of jobseekers and develop tailored individualised plans that assists them to gain successful, meaningful and sustainable employment or education. We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to supporting jobseekers through each step of their journey, whilst working hard to achieve key performance indicators. Your care and dedication to the jobseeker will be evident by the hard work you put in.
