We balance our successful commercial businesses with the delivery of Supported Employment, Employment & Training opportunities and Disability Care programs.

We are looking for a motivated and values driven individual to join our Employment & Training division as Branch Leader. In this role you will provide leadership, mentoring, training and support to our frontline staff at Coolangatta, as they assist jobseekers to further develop their employment related skills and to obtain secure sustainable employment.

In this leadership role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership – you will have a positive, solution focused and supportive style of leadership as you mentor and guide your team to deliver a high level of performance and success. 
  • Drive Results - you must be able to manage competing priorities yet remain KPI and target focused. As a leader you will support your team and drive performance to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for jobseekers. 
  • Compliance – ensure government standards and contractual obligations are met within the site. 
  • Build your business – you will drive business growth through a strong focus on business development and community engagement 
  • Determination to succeed - demonstrate your success in managing a top performing team in the DES and jobactive service delivery program

The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an employment services environment
  • DES and jobactive experience and knowledge is essential in this role
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with skills in business and financial management 
  • Leadership experience, managing a diverse team 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance with a strong focus on compliance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proven and effective problem-solving skills
  • Current unrestricted Drivers Licence
