About the opportunity

One of the most exciting parts of this role is the range of people and projects you'll work with/on. From philanthropy and fundraising to research and clinical teams, you'll have the opportunity to work with an incredible range of experienced, dedicated professionals.

The marketing and communications team supports a wide range of fundraising programs and campaigns, including homeless health, mental health, neuroscience and capital campaigns.

Working as part of a team of 4, you'll develop marketing and communications strategies to promote the organisation and support fundraising programs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities to drive social media engagement, donor acquisition and online giving
  • Develop brand and campaign messaging
  • Develop creative concepts for digital content, campaigns and events
  • Manage the website and social media content
  • Plan and executive paid social media campaigns
  • Oversee paid and organic search (SEO/SEM) to engage online donors and improve conversion
  • Work with creative agencies, consultants and suppliers where necessary.

About you

You are a marketing communications all rounder who loves variety and managing your own projects. You're empathetic, collaborative and thrive working with lots of different stakeholders.

You also have:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a marketing communications role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with lots of different stakeholders
  • Strong experience in digital marketing

A background in nfp/supporting fundraising would be beneficial but is not essential.

Please note that the successful candidate will need to have (or obtain) a Working with Children Check and Police Check.
