About this role

The Project Coordinator will report into the Team Leader, Projects and work in a small team of project managers. They will coordinate and support a range of complex government funded projects. These projects vary depending on funding but some exciting activities the team are working on at the moment are:

• Administering the annual World AIDS Day Parliamentary Breakfast in Parliament House and our members’ Leadership Forum
• Trial projects – including HIV opt-out testing and HIV peer tracing
• A range of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and cultural diversity projects
  

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work we do and is excited to work in a team achieving big things. We would like you to be:

• A project coordinator who has coordinated multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant qualifications
• Experience working in the not-for-profit or community sector
• Knowledge of HIV, public health and LGBTIQA+ identities and other populations
