Tell me about the role…

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Family and Friends Inclusive Practice Team within the clinical division at headspace National. This role is critical in supporting the family and friend's participation at headspace and provide support for the implementation of an evidence based clinical approach that includes families.

What we're looking for

  • Basic project coordination skills, including maintaining mailing lists and databases, event registration, bookings, attendance.
  • Broad understanding of the processes and systems required to develop and support newly established programs.
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understand the project management lifecycle and an ability to track against agreed work tasks and milestones.
  • Ability to effectively collate data and information from different sources.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work both in the work from home environment and collaboratively as a productive team member
