Tell me about the role…

headspace Digital Mental Health Programs (DMHP) is a division of headspace National and provides online support via digital mediums to young people and their families across Australia. The Operations Coordinator - DMHP will be responsible for overseeing and managing workforce scheduling, administrative process management and implementing discrete business improvement projects.

This role reports to the Operations Manager - DMHP and will be a direct line manager for an administration officer and will complete tasks such as:

  • Oversee, along with the admin officer, the rostering of eheadspace - a 7 day a week, day and evening roster
  • Prepare workforce data and reports
  • Contribute to ongoing development of IT systems to support workforce scheduling
  • Support People and Culture with recruitment
  • Support compliance monitoring
  • Manage supplier set up, payment and adherence to budget
  • Document control
  • Lead discrete projects across a range of operational improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety, managing multiple tasks and sees solutions not problems. You will be well supported and considered an integral member of the Digital Mental Health Programs team. To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience managing administrative and operational processes
  • An ability to meet targets with competing demands and keep others on track
  • Strong relationship management and influence with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with compliance and quality frameworks
  • Previous experience in project work, either managing or coordinating
  • It would be great if you had some experience with rostering

The salary range for this role is $70K - $80K base, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging opportunities up to the maximum amount. You will be required to be on-call every other weekend and this will be paid by an allowance. During on-call you may take calls from our headspace clinicians and assist with their roster requirements.
