headspace Digital Mental Health Programs (DMHP) is a division of headspace National and provides online support via digital mediums to young people and their families across Australia. The Operations Coordinator - DMHP will be responsible for overseeing and managing workforce scheduling, administrative process management and implementing discrete business improvement projects.
This role reports to the Operations Manager - DMHP and will be a direct line manager for an administration officer and will complete tasks such as:

The team in Digital Mental Health Programs is diverse and supportive and lives the values of headspace National. The salary range for this role is $70K - $80K base, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging opportunities up to the maximum amount. You will be required to be on-call every other weekend and this will be paid by an allowance. During on-call you may take calls from our headspace clinicians and assist with their roster requirements.
