  • Full time opportunity (1 FTE), based in Melbourne CBD or remote by negotiation

Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. headspace enables young people and their families to access information and support through a national network of centres and services and drives community awareness and education about youth mental health, early intervention and help seeking.

As one of the core streams of the headspace model, vocational support to young people is an important and growing element of the organisation's work. headspace Vocational Services support young people to reach their work and study goals in a holistic, voluntary and young person led environment. headspace supports young people to find and engage in meaningful work and study, recognising the intricate relationship between mental health and participation in education or employment.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure young people have a wide range of resources and digital support options to reach their work/study goals through headspace.
  • Work within the headspace Online Communities model to deliver vocational support and connection, for example through peer moderated spaces.
