headspace, as the implementation partner, will work with beyondblue to deliver an interactive framework of evidenced-based information, professional advice and support to primary and secondary schools. The Be You Program through continuous professional development of educators will promote optimal social and emotional health and wellness in schools.

An exciting role exists for an innovative and experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of a headspace Be You Marketing and Communications Strategy.

Who are we looking for?

Reporting to the headspace schools National Business Services Manager, the National Be You Marketing and Communications Senior Project Officer holds responsibility for leading the development and delivery of a headspace Be You Marketing and Communications Strategy.

Drawing on your exceptional ability to engage and influence groups of people, you will contribute to the delivery of best-practice and innovative marketing and communication strategies and will work to ensure that headspace and Be You branded promotional and positioning activities complement our organisational objectives.

We are looking for an experienced and innovative professional with considerable knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of marketing and communication strategies.

To be successful in this role, the incumbent will need to demonstrate strategic leadership with a range of internal and external stakeholders, have highly developed interpersonal skills and exceptional ability to engage and influence.

In return we offer a flexible and dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to truly make a difference to young Australians. Based in Melbourne, Victoria with competitive salary ($75,000-$85,000) plus generous salary packaging benefits. Remuneration is dependent on skills and experience.
