About the role

Reporting to the Media and Communications Manager, you will support the Media and Communications function to drive successful media outcomes for headspace campaigns and programs. This is a 6 month full time contract.

Who we're looking for

An ambitious and driven person, with demonstrated experience and qualifications in communications or public relations. You will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in PR, communications, media, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving, media engagement and sound knowledge of the Australian media environment
  • Experience with media monitoring and reporting and working with the media
  • Excellent skills in coordinating administrative tasks
  • Strong writing skills and interpersonal and presentation skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively and autonomously and respond to direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm to develop skills in media and communication and are able to remain calm under pressure
