ABOUT THE ROLE
In this exciting and unique position you will:
- Work with a team of young people to inform, advise and collaborate on a range of participation opportunities across headspace National
- Get paid to contribute your lived experience and expertise in the governance and services planning, design, delivery and continuous improvement of headspace National
- Complete training and professional development in advocacy, safe storytelling and much more
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
headspace is seeking young people aged between 18 and 25 who:
- Have had a previous connection with a headspace service or other mental health service
- Have a passion for youth mental health
- Are willing and safely able to share their mental health lived experience and have appropriate supports in place
- Can manage and balance their schedules with this casual position
- Can participate in group discussions and work within a team

- Are from multicultural backgrounds
- Identify as LGBTQIA+

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST
- Have the right to live and work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for your home state or territory
