Tell me about the role…

This exciting position is responsible for developing, executing and moderating digital and social media communications and content across the headspace network.

Key deliverables of this role will be:

  • Coordinate the day to day activity of headspace's digital communication platforms
  • Moderate social media communities and prepare social media listening reports
  • Lead the internal Content Management Working Group and design/deliver digital content, ensuring message consistency across all platforms
  • Liaise with agency partners to create, optimise, and report on social media and digital activity
  • Update content on the headspace website
  • Act as the digital marketing subject matter expert (SME)

What we're looking for

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of digital channels.
  • Experience in the collection and analysis of data with digital tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Experience with social listening tools (eg: Talkwalker, Social Studio)
  • Proven track record in the development, delivery and moderation of digital content and online communities.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build relationships both internally and external to the organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, to prioritise work requirements, work autonomously when appropriate, consult appropriately and respond to direction in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated high level initiative and problem solving capability.
