Contracting with HDAA

As a leading provider of human services certification across Australia, HDAA is seeking expressions of interest from experienced contractor Assessors skilled in assessing/auditing human service organisations.

Currently we are particularly interested in hearing from Assessors based in QLD with relevant experience to assess Child Protection Placement and Support services against the Human Services Quality Standards (HSQS). Assessors with experience of assessing/auditing other quality standards and other areas of human services are also encouraged to contact us.

Contractors must have a proven track record of working with organisations in a strengths-based and collaborative way; producing high-quality reports within tight timeframes; rapidly learning and applying new technologies; responding positively to change; and working collegially in diverse assessment/audit teams.

All HDAA contractors must have a private company structure, relevant insurances and meet HDAA’s minimum requirements for skills, training and probity.
