HCO is a progressive growing Disability Service Provider, looking for an experienced Training and Quality Assurance Officer to join our committed team. With a focus on Staff Training Program management and Quality Assurance support, this position will contribute to HCO’s achievement of its vision and mission in supporting people with disability.

Based in our Mt Barker Office, HCO is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Administrator, who possesses strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and research skills, with an aptitude for detail to join our dynamic team.

You will report to the Senior Coordinator QA, supporting HCO in meeting contractual, legislative and regulatory compliance and providing quality services. You will assist the Senior Coordinator HR with the seamless delivery of HCO training schedule including research, facilitation and compliance management and relevant reporting requirements.

This key role is a full-time position – Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Your duties will include:

  • Management of the HCO Training Plan, Training Schedule, Training Matrix and Preferred provider list
  • Provide support to the Senior QA Coordinator to facilitate HCO meeting contractual, legislative and regulatory compliance regulations and providing quality services to Clients in line with Organisational values
  • Any other duties commensurate with your level and skill set

To be successful in this role you will have as desirable attributes:

  • Certificate level qualifications in administration or business discipline
  • Previous experience in a Training and/or Quality Assurance role
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal , including a high level of interpersonal skills that demonstrate respect, integrity and honesty
  • Results focus demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, including well developed proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of statutory, regulatory, legal and legislative requirements relevant to the workplace
  • Practical understanding of Governance Principles
  • Have a strong, thorough knowledge of business’ established quality and WHS standards
