Your new role

In your new position you will join a small Allied Health Team. You will be responsible for carrying out assessments to determine the functional performance level of participants. You will develop appropriate reports to identify participants support needs, assistive technology needs and modification requirements.

You will then establish goals in collaboration with the participant or relevant others to improve social and economic participation. You will support the participant with skill development and identify ways to engage participants to maximise their potential and independence.

This is a full-time position based in South East Sydney.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational therapy or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration
• Ability to produce accurate clinical files, develop referral documentation and communicate with other Allied Health Professionals
• Knowledge of best practice in private Occupational Therapist customer service delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously in complex environment characterised by competing demands and tight timelines
• WWCC
