An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proficient HR Coordinator. Reporting to the HRM, the HR Coordinator - South will work as part of a small HR team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment to deliver operational HR support, coordination & administration in the areas of:
The position is a HR generalist role with responsibility to provide practical HR advice, expertise, guidance and support to staff & management in the South & Mallee regions (Metro, Geelong, Mildura approx. 100 staff).
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with strong generalist knowledge and HR background, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to work proactively and autonomously is a must.
