An experienced and committed Non-Executive Director is sought to join the highly capable Board of Loddon Mallee Housing Services Ltd t/a Haven; Home, Safe. The Director should reside in Victoria.

The organisation has some major projects underway and on the horizon and ideally seek a Director with specific skills in the following areas:

• Capital markets experience (experience in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions)
• Financial management and analysis
• Business Development
• Commercial expertise, including property / development

Additionally, it is expected the successful applicant will have:

• Executive level (or non-executive director) experience within government, public, private or community agencies,
• Governance – previous Board experience, and completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course or similar is highly regarded,
• Demonstrated ability to strategically participate in the growth transformation of a future looking not-for-profit organisation

An understanding of the social housing sector would be an advantage.
