Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative is a not for profit Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) providing culturally attuned, integrated health and community services in Warrnambool and regional South West Victoria.
This position involves working collaboratively with children, youth, carers and extended families and relevant professionals to maintain successful Kinship Care Placements. The role supports and builds support networks amongst Kinship Carers and ensures the children’s needs are being met and their cultural links to extended family and activities are maintained. Part-time, 19 hours per week, flexible, SCHADS Award Level 3.
