The University of Melbourne Graduate Student Association (GSA) is an independent, student-led, not for profit association representing over 36,000 postgraduate students at the University of Melbourne. We are led by a Council of 15 elected graduate students and managed by a team of experienced professionals, providing education-related programs and services which position our cohort for success during and after the completion of their advanced studies. Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to assist the Council, CEO and Executive Team with executive support and administration.
The role is a fixed-term part-time (0.8 FTE) 10 month contract.
Key Selection Criteria
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of business process and administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Skills
- Organisational and time management skills.
