Grow’s unique program of peer support and personal development has enabled the recovery of its members for over 60 years. The Grow Program engages its members to contribute to the recovery of others and the continued development of the Program by sharing their lived experience. This lived experience has also contributed to the further development of new programs that focus on wellness and early intervention.

This position will be responsible for continuing the growth and development of Grow in the Northern Territory. This is a hands-on position that includes both management responsibilities such as business development and contract management, and the hands-on delivery of Grow’s programs including our early intervention program, Get Growing, targeted at young people at risk. You will provide leadership to a small but growing team of staff and volunteers. You will be supported in your role by a national leadership team based in Brisbane.
