Grow is a national consumer-led organisation that provides programs of mutual support and personal growth for people living with mental illness. GROW has operated successfully in Western Australia for more than 20 years.

The Manager role will be responsible for promoting GROW and its programs for mental health and wellbeing in Western Australia and participate in national campaigns. The role will also include contract management, business/partnerships development, staff leadership and culture. You will be supported by the local Team Leader and team members as well as the senior people in the national office.

The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications and experience in stakeholder engagement/communications and management. Experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly valued.
