You will be directly responsible for:
Management experience is key to the role, and an ethical approach to animal rescue and the use of positive reinforcement techniques is imperative. You must be flexible, and have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure in our busy Rehoming Centre, bringing with you a keen desire to learn and to adapt to change. A passion and commitment to delivering excellent standards of care, rehabilitation, and rehoming is essential. A thorough knowledge of dog behaviour, socialisation and force- free, positive reinforcement training techniques is key to the role.
