Gowrie Victoria is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 3900) and we will shortly be commencing a group of Early Childhood Educator Traineeships (Certificate III) on 31 January 2022.

What is a Traineeship?

Our Certificate III Traineeship gives you the opportunity to study a nationally recognised qualification whilst working at one of our Gowrie Victoria Early Learning Centres (Docklands, Carlton, Yarraville or Broadmeadows) providing you with a qualification, experience and on going employment.

About you

No prior experience in early childhood is required. If you can explain why you would like to work as a professional early childhood educator and you have a positive attitude that is all that is required!

You will be reliable, trustworthy, a team player and you will need to be able to demonstrate this through previous work or life experiences.

Also you must be willing and able to commit the time and effort to attend class, work AND complete self-paced study outside of business hours (a Certificate III traineeship generally takes 12 -14 months to complete).

But…at the end of your Traineeship you will be qualified, have at least 12 months experience and continued employment with Gowrie Victoria.

The really important bit….

To be eligible for a Certificate III Traineeship you must have no existing qualification at a Certificate III level or higher. Sorry, not our rules.
