About the role

The Service Improvement & Reporting Manager is a management leadership role that oversees the collection, analysis & reporting of data in line with funding requirements and to inform operational delivery across Good Shepherds financial security & wellbeing programs. These person-centred programs are designed to support women and their families to achieve better financial outcomes & economic participation.

This is an exciting new role with lots of scope to make it your own. Reporting to the Program Manager, Financial Counselling, the role will work at operational level and in conjunction with strategic leaders across Good Shepherd.

About you:

  • Skills and experience in data collection and analysis for use in strategic & operational planning
  • Tertiary qualification in mathematics, statistics or both
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports
  • Ability to analyse & interpret large data sets
  • Must have strong organisational capabilities, be able to work independently and with the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite & experience in using business intelligence tools
  • A satisfactory Police Check
  • A current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
