The Senior Business Analyst will provide operational support to the Project Manager and day to day supervision to a small team on the change management project aimed at improving Good Shepherd's delivery of services across multiple programs.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or IT
• Significant (10 years) experience in defining project scope, writing business cases, proposals, business processes etc
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviews to collect information from a diverse range of stakeholders
• Superior communication and Interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Demonstrated success managing projects on time and within budget
• Experience supervising and leading a small team
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Office Suite
• A satisfactory National Police Check
• A satisfactory International Police Check (if you have resided outside of Australia within the last 5 years)
• A current Employee Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) or state equivalent
