The Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading the marketing of 2 Good Shepherd services:
1. Victorian Power Saving Bonus (0.6 FTE)
This role leads the promotion of and engagement in the one-off Victorian Power Saving Bonus for households on low incomes, for Good Shepherd in partnership with Neighbourhood Houses Victoria. The role will work in close collaboration with the Engagement Manager – Economic Wellbeing, the PSB project and marketing teams, Neighbourhood Houses Victoria, Victorian Government DELWP and Victorian Energy Compare.
The role will be responsible for driving eligible PSB applications and access to energy affordability advice through Good Shepherd’s phone-based Contact Centre, 3 x Good Money Stores and 400 x Neighbourhood Houses across Victoria. The marketing of this program will be heavily reliant on leveraging Good Shepherd’s existing community networks and initiating new community engagement opportunities.
2. Financial Independence Hub (FIH) (0.4 FTE)
This role leads the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the marketing and engagement plan for FIH, a free, confidential, personalised service supporting people impacted by financial abuse across Australia to build their financial independence and achieve their goals.
This is a full time, fixed term contract until 31 January 2022. Part time (min 0.8 EFT) will be considered.
