  • Part time (0.8 FTE) fixed term contract until March 2023 (maternity leave position)
  • $110,954 pro rata + super & generous salary packaging benefits (up to $18,000/year tax – free)

The Manager Inclusion & Cultural Safety will provide advice on Diversity & Inclusion program planning & implementation, client participation, and partnering with priority population groups, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, migrant and refugee women and communities, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and support the implementation of an organisation-wide Diversity and Inclusion Plan and strategy by leading a range of diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, focusing on Reconciliation Action Plan, Rainbow Tick expansion and Improvements to cultural safety for clients and workforce.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Bachelor degree in social policy, social work, humanities, sociology or equivalent experience other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. In addition, Lived Experience expertise would be highly valued
  • Experience in implementing Diversity and Inclusion programs / initiatives
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
