Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage and progress insurance programs with government, industry and internal stakeholders
• Co-design insurance products, develop delivery models and evaluate effectiveness
• Lead the reporting of the insurance programs
• Assist in the preparation of submissions on Good Shepherd’s position on industry and regulatory trends
• Be the subject matter expert on insurance
• Maintain organisational awareness of industry and regulatory trends

About you:

You will be have qualifications in financial services (or a related discipline) and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. You will have excellent collaboration, project management and communication skills. You will be able to co-design human-centred insurance products with the ability to effectively evaluate and report outcomes.

A satisfactory Police Check and a current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) is required.
