We offer microfinance programs and products, financial counselling and coaching, family violence support, parenting programs and playgroups, education programs and community houses. These services are complemented by research and advocacy to address the underlying structural causes of injustice, exclusion, and inequality.
This role will form a part of a broader team of financial counsellors and will work closely with the Financial Capability Worker to provide comprehensive service delivery to clients across the Inner South and South East of Melbourne, including periodic phone, face to face or workshop support to clients in Port Phillip, Kingston, Glen Eira catchment and Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia. Periodic attendance at broader agency functions and events will be required.
