About the role

  • Full Time – Fixed Term Position until 14th August 2020

The Digital Content Coordinator will support the Digital Strategist with daily digital work including:

  • Planning, writing and publishing high quality and engaging social and digital media content that effectively promotes key messages and generates discussion and advocacy including but not limited to daily posting/responding, live tweeting, social media campaigns/promotions, writing of web content, contributing to e-bulletins and sites etc
  • Managing the daily monitoring and evaluation of social media channels and the broader external environment of digital communications, including generating social media analytics reports
  • Contributing to marketing and communications campaigns
  • Assisting with website redevelopment project and SEO campaigns

About you

List of experience needed:

  • Demonstrated experience writing and editing compelling content for web/digital and social media
  • Proven ability to collaborate with peers to develop multi-channel tactics to achieve outcomes
  • Experience using CMS systems such as Hootsuite and WordPress
  • Demonstrated experience in social media monitoring, responding and analytics
  • Experience with content creation in including basic design, photography and video production and editing
  • A satisfactory Police Check
  • A current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
