Good Return supports the economic empowerment of women and their families by providing the financial foundations for resilient households and sustainable small businesses.
To support the economic aspirations of Indigenous women and their families, Good Return is working with Kimberley Jiyigas to expand its networking and entrepreneurship support to Indigenous women in the East Kimberley.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced program manager to lead our Indigenous women’s entrepreneurship program, working alongside Kimberley Jiyigas to help bring its vision to fruition. The role requires a hands-on person who is ready to support all aspects of organisational development and program management.
You will have extensive experience working on economic development initiatives in Indigenous communities in Australia, be a passionate advocate of self determination, and bring a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity. Indigenous applicants are encouraged.
The role will be based in Kununurra and will involve regular travel to remote communities.
