We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will contribute their years of experience, high energy and positive attitude to our team.

Admin Assistant for Back-office & Inventory Control

This is a busy role and includes:

  • A range of bookkeeping, administration and operational duties
  • Backoffice invoice data input for inventory and accounts payable control
  • Input all products data and set pricing
  • Create new purchase orders
  • Issue bar codes, print product labels, shelf tickets and promo tickets
  • Receive stock and balance with purchase order
  • Daily report reconciliations

Your Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with store technology systems in a retail supermarket
  • Confident using Xero, Microsoft Office and Google programs
  • Bookkeeping or accounting background advantageous
  • Essential numerical skills
  • Strong organisation ability and a natural affinity for high quality and accurate work
